Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This page covers the apps and games published by Fatema Dholkawala ("we", "us"),
an independent developer. Each game has its own policy with the exact details of
what it uses; this page explains the principles they share and your rights.
Policies for each game
If a game's own policy differs from this page, the game's policy applies to that game.
What our games have in common
- No names, emails or phone numbers. Our games don't ask you to sign up with personal details.
- Ads from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising identifier, approximate location (from your IP address) and usage data to show and measure ads, under Google's privacy policy. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice later in the game.
- Purchases go through the app store. Google Play or the App Store processes payments; we never see your card or bank details.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for purposes other than running the game and its ads.
Your rights under privacy laws
Depending on where you live, privacy laws give you rights over your personal data, including:
- European Union, EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR): the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): the right to information about your data, to correction and erasure, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal.
- United States (for example the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws): the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information; ad-related sharing can be limited through the in-game privacy options and your device's ad settings.
- Children (COPPA in the US, and similar laws elsewhere): our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
